popular software OziExplorer.
OziDispatcher- SMS – allows to monitor up to 50
mobiles objects.
OziDispatcher-SMS – supports only GuardMagic
VS vehicles modules.

Program
OziDispatcher-SMS is intended for construction of “Real Time” monitoring
system of vehicles and special technics by GSM network on SMS base (GSM Short
Message Service).
Program OziDispatcher-SMS – is communications program and main working
window of the GSM Fleet Monitoring system (Vehicle Guard System)..
Program OziDispatcher-SMS together with program OziExplorer allows to carry out:
• GPS monitoring of vehicles in real time;
• vehicle visualization on electronics raster maps;
• to control the condition of vehicles.
The program is intended to work together with GuardMagic VS vehicle modules.
Main function
The basic purpose of the program OziDispatcher-SMS:
-
management of communication process between computer and GSM network by Siemens
TC35T modem;

receiving, decoding the information received by GSM/SMS channel from vehicle
modules GuardMagic VS ;
-
displaying on the screen the information about a current situation and
parameters of vehicles movement ;
-
displaying vehicle position in electronics maps (with the supports of mapping
program);
-
transmitting control instructions to vehicle modules.
Program OziDispatcher-SMS carries out:

receiving the information from GSM modem Siemens TC35T, transferred by vehicle
modules GuardMagic VS on network GSM-SMS;
-
display by means of program OziExplorer all vehicles on an electronic map;
-
display by means of program OziExplorer the chosen vehicle on an electronic map;
-
tracking the chosen vehicle;
-
display of last accepted information from the chosen vehicle;
-
display the information on parameters of movement of the chosen vehicle;
-
display the information on a condition of inputs of vehicles modules of the
chosen vehicle;
-
receiving emergency messages (SOS, Alarm) from monitoring vehicles;
-
transmitting a command to blocking the engine of the chosen vehicle;
-
reminders about actions of the operator in not regular situations (crashes/
stealing/ plunder/ etc.) of the vehicles, reception of a warning signal etc;

receiving information from primary Control Center (MASTER);
-
transmitting information to secondary Control Center (SLAVE)
-
sending the SMS message for programming vehicles modules.
